Day 22

I almost forgot to post today. Whoops! Yesterday was a good workout. I did 62 minutes of Shoulders and Arms and 16 minutes of Ab Ripper X. Doing P90X really lets you know where your weak spots are. I have the most trouble doing shoulder, back and lower ab exercises. It's to the point where i don't even have to use weights on some of the shoulder exercises because a) I can't do them properly with the weights I have and b) it hurts even without the weights! Tonight is Yoga I believe. I don't like it very much but i'm determined to become more limber. Another disadvantage is it's the longest workout of the plan at and hour and a half. I've got downward dog down though :P
